LBD is offering training and coaching after 14 years of print and design project management.

In fact it is always preferable NOT to bother the client (YOU!) with these things, unless of course there's a cost involved. (It is not always the case with others but LBD's policy on this is that we do not proceed without advance warning and client approval of a cost if it s going to rise due to something a client has asked us to do outside of the brief).

The answer is TRAINING - the real kind.
Real life situations discussed and analysed with your staff, opening up all kinds of avenues for them to explore about the way they do business with your suppliers and how to develop policies to help ensure others will learn and know what to do in the future. Learning "on the job" has always been the accepted way of doing things, but who pays for tall of the mistakes during the learning curve?
