LBD was launched in 1997 with one mission in mind:

To provide below the line sales, marketing and promotional materials for some very large FMCG clients that Lyn had been servicing in her role of National Sales Manager for a well respected food magazine. When her magazine and others were sold to a very large publisher Lyn decided it was time to go it alone, and within 6 months LBD was born with a huge amount of PASSION!

Now 14 years on, and so many projects later that we've lost count, LBD offers many more services. Driven by the needs and demands of our clients LBD has gradually expanded into a multi faceted and multi talented business.

However, there is one very important factor that has not changed over the years...

Our PASSION!

In fact we've also added many talented and PASSIONATE! specialists to our vast pool of talent, and due to our ongoing passion and deep desire to provide the best possible solutions for each and every client, regardless of size or budget, LBD is today a bigger, smarter and more passionate business than ever before.

Also, not to be outdone by the awesome talent of LBD's ever evolving team of designers, photographers, stylists, writers, marketers, PR people, printers,...and more (it's a very long list!!)...Lyn has also taken the time to do some personal growing too.

An almost life-long student of "the University of Life", Lyn who is a student and avid reader has completed many self growth courses and seminars. After briefly taking on some business coaching earlier this year Lyn's passion for her life and her LBD business and her clients is now showing up in other ways.

With the help of her gifted coach Lyn soon rediscovered a very familiar passion that had long been buried beneath the day to day running of her business (busy-ness!) and the life challenges of the last 10 years - she reawakened to her longing to make a difference. Perhaps the news of a grandchild on the way (now born!), also helped Lyn to get in touch with her longing to leave behind her a legacy.

Lyn believes the newly created LBD Fabric Design and Printing services will be the vehicle for this idea to be carried forward on. For more information see the Fabric Design page of the we site.
