LBD's trade show designer, producer and manager utilises overseas contacts who are not only also experts in event stand construction but who speak several languages and manage local construction teams. This not only avoids language barrier issues it ensures the final product is exactly as planned, delivered on time, and meets all local laws and rulings for safety and the like. It also provides us with a "man on the ground" before we arrive so deliveries and storage are taken care of well in advance.

Our trade show design and production manager has not only been in the business for more than 30 years, he has also been a trade show convener. He has contacts in most countries, and keeps abreast of all kinds of regulations, ensuring there are no hiccups or any downtime due to oversights by less experienced people in the industry.

Lyn personally oversees the event design, construction, printing and management. Her role is also to guide the concepts for your stand, and once approved Lyn also oversees the entire design and printing processes for all signage and graphics. Lyn also occasionally travels to offshore installations, particularly when there is a lot of graphics involved as the installation and placement of a large number of graphics requires supervision and quality control.

In particular, we are experienced at suggesting options for producing inexpensive alternatives for events that will not be repeated and when the graphics are not intended for re-use. This can save thousands of dollars! The way we approach your printing is taken onto account at concept at quoting stage, right up front. There are many options that require discussion, and decisions depend on the required usability, longevity, portability, impact, size and so on.
